This book contains edited excerpts from His Holiness’s teachings on Dzogchen in 1999, 2001, 2011, and 2013 at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center, Virginia. His Holiness the 33rd Menri Trizin was abbot of Menri Monastery and spiritual leader of the Tibetan Bön tradition from 1968 until his passing in September 2017. Teachings on Dzogchen are among the highest offered in the Tibetan Bön tradition, pointing out the true nature of the mind. The book was first made available during the visit of His Holiness Dawa Dhargyal Rinpoche, the 34th Menri Trizin, to Serenity Ridge in June 2019.
