Description
Offering khata to honored people during greetings and ceremonial occasions is customary. Khatas are often tied to stupas, statues, trees, or other blessed objects. Khatas can be reused and placed on one’s altar or sacred location.
Do not iron, and khatas are not to be worn as scarves.
